MINING THE FUTURE: EFFECTIVE YOUTH MINISTRY

The goal of this course is to equip each participant in the knowledge and skills of Youth Ministry. Some of the following areas will be explored: Biblical/Theological/Sociological foundations for youth ministry, an awareness of what it means for a ministry to be purpose driven with its leadership having mission/vision/values and the ability to use various strategies to devise a one-year program for youth ministry.

USING THE WEB IN SERMON PREPARATION DELIVERY

Participants will receive practical strategies and insight on how to use resources on the internet to create well-rounded sermons, efficiently and thoroughly along with techniques to properly use technology to boost sermon delivery.

SOUL CARE: DEVELOPING STRONG ROOTS

Mar. 4 - 18 | Thu | 7 pm - 8:30 pm | $95

Horatio Spafford penned the words to the famous song “It is well with My Soul” after enduring a series of tragedies. Following Spafford self-reflection, when was the last time you took an inward assessment of your life? Soul Care: Developing Strong Roots provides a safe space to examine and explore better ways to order and maintain your private world. This course provides relevant resources and routines to help you integrate your faith in your daily living, all towards the goal of achieving and sustaining soul wellness.
