Driver's License Theory Exam Prep

This class will prepare students for the world of driving. Students will be exposed to the ‘rules of the road’ through The Bahamas Road Traffic Act and learn what is expected of them as potential drivers/road users.

Students will learn:

-The Road Traffic Act of The Bahamas

-Traffic Signs and Road Safty

-Rules of the Road and Fines (e.g. parking, overtaking, using a roundabout)

-Defensive driving (e.g. speed limits, breaking distance, driving in weather conditions)

Definition of Students: Young persons applying for a driver’s permit and license. Persons should be of legal age to drive. However, persons under age (e.g.16, years) may take the class with the understanding that the licence will not be issued until age 17.
