Introduction to Swimming (Level I) Session 2

This course will accomplish the requisite skills to become a competent swimmer for health, safety, fitness and fun. Floating, breathing, balance, kicking and freestyle techniques will be taught in this course.
Students are encouraged to progress at their own pace while being challenged to enhance their skills and reach clear attainable goals.
