About the Course

Every one serves customers, whether we realize it or not. Maybe you’re on the frontline of a company, serving the people who buy products or perhaps in administration, serving the employees by producing their paychecks and keeping the company running. Maybe you’re a company owner or a manager, serving your staff and your customers.

This workshop will look at the various types of customers as well as the essentials required to serve them better and improve ourselves in the process. All participants will be provided a strong skill set including in-person, online and over-the-phone techniques, and understand effective methods for dealing with difficult customers, and generating return/new business.
